The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a best-in-class customer experience for an elevated and highly visible digital storefront. They will lead the traffic and merchandising strategy for this important initiative and manage in-season performance, analysis and actionable improvements to drive sales. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate across leadership teams, partner with BIE teams to develop scalable reporting platforms and drive experience optimizations to completion on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Some of the first projects this role will tackle are:
· Launch a scalable reporting template for traffic and channel analysis
· Maintain superior customer experiences through rich content and navigation within the storefront
· Pull and report on performance metrics of site content to inform strategies for enhancements
· Drive site improvements to completion by managing projects with fashion editors, web designers, other marketing and product managers
· Maintain quality and accuracy of content across the storefront and traffic channels



 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce digital merchandising with executing highly visible online customer experiences
· Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
· Experience participating in cross-functional projects
· Competency with HTML and/or XML, plus the ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly
· Advanced Excel skills
· Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
· Experience or interest in the fashion industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management
· Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
· Experience with SEO/SEM and tools such as Omniture and Coremetrics
