<p>We are on the lookout for a passionate retail leader to join Browns East as our Store Supervisor. This person will have a strong handle on people development, driving sales performance, supporting in store events and utilising technology to deliver unique experiences for our customer, as well as having a passion for luxury fashion.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>• Assist in the daily smooth running of the business, organising the team and distributing tasks to ensure a consistent flow and adherence to operational expectations.</p> <p>• Coach the team to achieve the highest customer service standards to support the customer experience, offering informal and formal feedback to develop the skills and abilities within the team.</p> <p>• Encourage the team to contribute to their individual and store targets, communicating results and promoting open dialogue around tactics to deliver the KPI’s.</p> <p>• Be accountable for your own personal KPI’s, leading by example in service, sales and operations, and contributing to the overall performance of the business.</p> <p>• Assist in the performance management of team members, being conscious of how to support Performance Improvement and Talent Development initiatives.</p> <p>• Use initiative to identify opportunities to contribute to the commercial success of the business, presenting these to the management team/and or wider team to implement.</p> <p>• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the wider business and Group.</p> <p>• Build a close working relationship with the Store of The Future Team, and be instrumental in offering feedback and promoting adoption of the technology within the team.</p> <p>• Be an ambassador from Browns, participating and facilitating engagement with suppliers, press, and media.</p> <p>• Promote teamwork and celebrate the success and company values.</p> <p>• Leading by example in your approach to clientelling, promoting a proactive clientelling culture, and finding ways to upskill your team in this space.</p> <p>• Build and transfer knowledge of fashion trends and Browns product, keeping the team on their toes as fashion and product specialists.</p> <p>• Apply good judgement to escalate any people conduct issues, or risk to the business.</p> <p>• Maintain the store at its highest standards in terms of merchandising, health and safety, and appearance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills and Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels and influence those around them.</p> <p>• Ability to form open, respectful and trusting relationships with all members of the direct team, and wider business.</p> <p>• Ability to prioritise workload, managing expectations of others.</p> <p>• Think outside the box, challenging the status quo and be prepared to implement initiatives to drive the team and business.</p> <p>• Brand ambassador for Browns, representing and upholding our brand values always.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
