Bob's Watches, the largest online luxury watch retailer in the country, is seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Paid Search Specialist (PPC) to join our team. This role is responsible for creating effective advertising strategies to meet goals and manage all SEM & PPC initiatives, as well as leading the creation, management, and measurement of all media plans. Candidates must have a background in SEM & PPC and possess a skillset to work up and down the media planning process. The Search Engine Marketing - Paid Media Specialist is a full-time contractor position that works directly with our SVP of Marketing and CEO.   • 5+ years of digital paid media experience
  • 3+ years of managing Paid Search (PPC) and social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, SnapChat)
  • Experience with call-tracking, preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and managing high-ROI digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong grasp of the latest Google and Facebook algorithms; understanding of the evolutions of their advertising platforms
  • Proven track record of innovation across all areas of activity: online, search, video and mobile, social, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and social marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to set clearly defined, measurable goals
  • Expert level of analytics and data analysis on platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Thrives under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Must be well-organized

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, measure, and optimize paid search marketing, shopping, and social ad initiatives
  • Work closely with the design and SEO/Content teams to deliver creative marketing campaigns that drive business growth through new customer acquisition, capitalizing on opportunities to raise brand awareness, and increasing market share
  • Monitor and report on KPIs
  • Define budget and CPA thresholds for all campaigns
  • Work with other members of the team to ensure the paid acquisition strategy complements and amplifies all marketing initiatives
  • Constantly optimize campaigns and identify ways to improve campaign performance, including changes to budget, strategies, and targeting
