Primary Purpose: The Digital Design Director, Visual Experience will take the lead in the exploration and development of new creative and digital technologies, driving a true point of difference for Coach in the eyes of the customer. AR/VR/MR

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Visual Experience to..
- Create immersive experience, especially around pop- ups, windows, showrooms and fashion shows
- Research and develop intuitive and engaging creative experiences tailored to personality of the Coach brand
- Solve current creative challenges and define future opportunities, with the aim of cementing COACH as a leader in digital experiences
- Concept creative executions throughout the broad spectrum of environments, ranging from digital installations to games
- Create and facilitate an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UI principles and process
- Understand and create work that can be effective at a global scale
- Line management of other designers within the Experience Design team
- Maintain vendor networks to enable the delivery of best-in-class execution at both a creative and development level
- Follow design blogs and meet-ups, and feel comfortable sharing your inspirations and ideas with the team and the business
The accomplished individual will possess..
- Self-motivation and passion about design and technology
- Good communications skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders and team members.
- Innovative Mobile and cross-platform interaction design experience
- Passion about mobile with a solid understanding of mobile trends and technologies
- Excellent understanding of Sketch, Figma and After Effects.
- Experience in using various front-end frameworks (CSS, JS, HTML) to build out digital experiences
- Knowledge of Unity or similar engine
- Detail-orientation, be deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills.

An outstanding professional will have..
- Design degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent portfolio of design solutions across a spectrum of platforms and services.
- 8yrs+ digital experience, preferably split between both agency and in-house teams
- Previous experience of line management and mentoring others within the design industry.
- Proven design experience for a fashion brand or retailer
