As part of Demand Analytics, Tracking & Onsite Analytics team focuses on measuring the performance of digital assets (Apps and Web) along with customer behavior on them. In close collaboration with teams across the business we leverage information to understand what drives our customers.

Furthermore, you'll have a dedicated focus on our Commercial Event Campaigns (CEC). With unique concepts to boast innovation and commercial growth, CECs are our central strategic and commercial levers with significant business impact.

  • As the central point of contact for our CEC team, you act as a key contributor to the success of our CECs, providing data-driven insights and derived improvement proposals
  • Responsible for creating forecast frameworks (traffic and GMV) and targeting strategy for different types of CECs,
  • Conduct comprehensive performance analysis, identify growth lever and provide proposal for management decisions,
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of onsite customer behaviour to perform regression analysis, AB test and validate new propositions,
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and other marketing teams.

  • Academic degree in any analytical subject, e.g. business(informatics), data analysis, statistics, business intelligence or its equivalent.
  • Experience in a relevant field: ideally in e-commerce of at least 3 years and similar analytical context with comparable questions, e.g. in campaign performance tracking, user journey analysis as well working and interacting with a broad range of stakeholders .
  • Must have good knowledge of SQL and comfortable working with huge data sets,
  • Additional expertise with visualization tools like Tableau
  • Prior experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other clickstream analysis tools,
  • Ability to translate stakeholders requirements into easy to understand insights
