As an In-house Press Coordinator you are responsible for the enhancement of the product positioning of all RTW categories by promoting the brand’s awareness and identity within international media, while adhering to the brand’s communication guidelines. Responsibilities include working on the creation and implementation of press strategies for key brand moments throughout the year and manage seasonal sample schedules and deadlines. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all press inquiries, building on existing relationships with media and stylists, and actively working on new prospects
  • Increase awareness of the brand by the active pitching of product, news stories and features, aligned image and new launches of the season
  • Actively follow sales and sell thru reports to identify future opportunities to amplify the brand’s offering across the appropriate media channels
  • Work alongside production and sales team on product calendar and promotion
  • Assist in drafting press materials
  • Manage database of media, stylists and influencers
  • Assist in seasonal press sample ordering
  • Responsible for sample management and clear labelling at start of the season with Fashion GPS
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective sample shipping and packaging
  • Pro-active management with appropriate teams with regards to missing samples, system discrepancies or potential borrowing of samples.
  • Maintain high level of sample organization, storage and preparation for archiving
  • Managing all image requests from wholesale partners
  • Logs ticket requests, manage writing and distributing show invitations, printing labels, booking couriers
  • Assist with look-book, e-commerce and any internal shoots
  • Provide support with any external events, like Paris sales PR Assets and Press Credits
  • Management and distribution of all show tools to PR and sales teams immediately after the show
  • Tracking and archiving of press credits
  • Daily tracking of online coverage
  • Assist in the planning and organization of press and customer events
  • Continuously works with greater brand image in mind, regardless of specific tasks or project
