Nili Lotan is seeking a talented e-Commerce support professional to join the e-Commerce team.  The candidate will assist with the client service experience and communication of product related messaging for NiliLotan.com. The E-Commerce Support Associate will be responsible for both communicating with clients to help with customer service needs, as well as through written word in product copy and descriptions on our website. This person will assist in providing a best-in-class customer experience that is on-brand, while offering insightful feedback to elevate the client experience and maximize revenue.

Job Description

  • Assist in providing customers with the highest level of customer service experience
  • Familiarizing yourself with seasonal trends, editorial narratives, product names and garment fits
  • Responding to Customer Service emails on a timely basis
  • Generating coupon codes in Shopify for qualifying customers when needed
  • Assisting with adding product information online such as product description and meta information, as well as uploading corresponding imagery
  • Working with Ecommerce team to optimize website user experience and operations
  • Providing daily recaps of completed tasks and outstanding inquiries


  • Polished written and spoken communication in a forward-facing and well-articulate manner to convey a high-end and professional branded experience
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Elevated taste level with the confidence to deliver on-brand styling advice to clients both written and verbal
  • A positive, can-do attitude with determination to problem solve and continuously improve the customer experience
  • Previous experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite and Teamwork a plus.
