Through a structured approach, the learning and development Coach assists each coachee in developing their client relations by highlighting their strengths and areas of development concerning Cartier's expectations.

T he learning and development Coach i s an a m bassad o r f or Cartier and plays a pivotal role in the i m p l e m e n t ation of M y C a rt i er Touch i n t he bou t i q ue s .

  • Individual coaching of Sales Associates
    • Ensure that the coachee knows, understands and applies My Cartier Touch recommendations at all times
    • Listen to, observe and evaluate the coachee in real-life situations and role play
    • Analyze and debrief with the coachee; identify their strengths and areas of development;
    • Share Service evaluation results and link it to performance evolution
    • Draw up an individual action plan and have the coachee take responsibility for its implementation; if required
    • Help the coachee implement this action plan, monitor and follow its application
    • Debrief Boutique Management on coachee's progress and action plan rollout
    • Make full and expert use of coaching tools (role-play and scenarios)

  • Coordination of My Cartier Touch across departments:
    • Help smoothly incorporate the program into various Department activities (Retail, HR and Learning and Development)
    • Ensure regular reporting to the Learning and development manager
    • Consult with the Boutique Management on the coachee's development plan.
    • Contribute to Career Committee evaluations and share constrictive feedback on a sales team
    • Take part in My Cartier Touch activities at the international level and provide regular feedback (e.g. propose best practices and success stories)
    • Regularly monitor Service level evaluation in boutiques (e.g. Client Barometer)
    • Inform the Learning and development manager of My Cartier Touch results; indicate a potential for development and make recommendations accordingly
    • Contribute to competitive intelligence regarding competitor methods and practices

    Job Requirements:
    • Education: University degree is preferred
    • Experience: 3 to 5 of related work experience in Retail/Coaching/ Training experience. Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
