Watchfinder&Co. are always on the lookout for driven and ambitious customer service professionals for our Aftersales team at our Headquarters in Maidstone, Kent.

Are you an ambitious and self-motivated customer service professional with a passion for luxury watches? Do you thrive when working in a customer-centric environment where customer satisfaction is paramount?

This customer service position will see you interacting with customers both in-person and via the telephone to support with aftersales queries, whilst providing an outstanding level of service at all times. Adopting a proactive attitude, supporting clients with all aftersales enquiries. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working within a service or repairs environment, with excellent time and diary management,

A successful Customer Service Advisor at Watchfinder is passionate about our brands and products, adaptable to each individual customer and their needs, and always conducts themselves in a professional manner.
