REPORTING TO VM&SDP Associate Director
LOCATION Shanghai, China
MAIN PURPOSE
Work under the supervision of the project manager. He or she guides the project step by step to make sure that all tasks are being done properly and that goals that have been set for the project have been met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare project plan and budget.
- Inspect project process to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
- Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project manager
- Follow up on maintenance issues to ensure the quality standard remains after boutique opens.
- Attend project coordination and landlord/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
- Responsible for supporting the team in an administrative capacity and manage the filing and information database.

COMPETENCY REQUIRED
- Able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft project.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Willing to travel extensively
