Contribute to Cartier growth in terms of sales and image by creating and delivering relevant marketing & communication strategies adapted to the Saudi market.


Definition of the marketing strategy for Saudi Arabia
  • Collaborate in the strategic plan: market analysis, Cartier KSA performance analysis, budget proposal and action plan definition in order to reach the target budget.
  • Annual and monthly budget proposal by segment and network.
  • Revision of budget for official Latest Estimates.
  • Identify long-term opportunities / sources of growth.

Manage all product categories

  • Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis and collaborate with UAE Merchandising team to define assortments, revise them every 3 months and manage stock objectives / quality of the stock
  • Supervise weekly product allocations by network / client.
  • Be the key interlocutor for boutiques. Build up relationships with retail staff
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising to optimize visibility of the collections.

  • Reinforce customer knowledge in order to define relevant action plans in line with their expectations.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategy.
  • Ensure good representation / stock and knowledge of the teams on all products during local / regional events.

Launch new products

  • Define sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with merchandising and commercial teams after worldwide meetings.
  • Define launch plans and coordinate their implementation (Communication, PR, specific training plans to the boutique staff, VM, CRM).

Understand competition / market environment

  • Capture market insights (economy, demographics, technology)
  • Identify key / relevant competitors; understand their strategy (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, etc.)
  • Regularly update competition information.
  • Share industry news (press, websites, events, etc.)

Working closely with Cartier Middle East hub in Dubai, ensuring consistent media, PR and events plans:

Owned & Paid Media
  • Plan and implement effective media strategy to ensure the Maison's leadership and brand power by using the appropriate media channels. Develop relevant media plan adapted to local specificities with a strong focus on digital

Press and influencers on social network (earned media)

  • Propose a global PR strategy for KSA focusing on maximizing free exposure for the Maison.
  • Find the right influencers' for the Saudi market

Events solution development and implementation

  • Propose an events strategy to maximize the Maison exposure and visibility for the market.
  • Set up, follow up, find the right suppliers and manage the budget for the whole program of events.

Team Management

Manage and lead the Communication and Merchandising team in order for them to contribute to Cartier growth, valuation, training & development programs,

Succession planning & recruitment.


  • Participate in monthly report and analysis elaboration.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Managing Director.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputed Business school with specialisation in Marketing.

Required experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Previous relevant experience with luxury brands is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
