WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

Business Development

Within Richemont China Affairs & Strategy department, the Chinese Business Development Senior Manager is in charge of developing Chinese business for Richemont Maisons in two main angles:

Internal support on Maisons' strategic & operational plannings
  • Support Maisons' Chinese business development structure (HQ & markets)
  • Initiate internal discussions on Chinese market & clientele development with Maisons' senior management teams and provide strategic advice
  • Construct and implement operational action plans for Maisons' priority markets


Business partnership build-up through global partners' identification, maintenance & development and market-oriented action & development
  • Optimize relationship and develop business with existing global business partners:

Banks & Private Banking

Associations & Clubs

EMBA business schools

Chinese companies, etc.
  • Identify new potential partners in the context of Chinese evolving visit objectives and travelling patterns
  • Identify local diaspora communities in key markets and develop collaboration between them and Richemont Maisons' local teams
  • Initiate partnerships with local specialized partners to further access to their HNWI Chinese network


Project Initiation, Implementation and Follow-up

As the specialist of Chinese business, the Chinese Business Development Senior Manager is in charge of developing initiatives, defining and implementing action plans, analysing results, providing feedback on the actions and progress, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and knowing the competitive environment.

Implement and follow-up operational projects, in order to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between our Maisons' internal boutiques and business partners
  • Multi-partner events
  • Internal initiative launches
  • "Grand Guide" project
  • Entrepreneur educational program

Perform regular monitoring of competition, luxury market news, digital trends and all relevant industry information

Support and coordinate ad-hoc projects in various fields, such as digital, marketing, retail, CRM etc.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
  • Job competences: basic quantitative & qualitative research skills, project management, positive attitude and team player, oral presentation skills, strong capability to adapt in various situation, client-oriented
  • Languages: Chinese Mandarin native, English & French bi-lingual, 4th other language appreciated
  • Geographical area under responsibility : Worldwide (travels to plan)
  • Computer Skills: Must know Power Point and Excel (create presentations and create and analyze graphs, figures and charts)
