SALES MANAGER - BEVERLY HILLS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of sales, with sales floor presence.
- Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, closing sales
- Support team in developing clients and prospects in the database and in developing a sales strategy in order to increase loyalty and sales volume in the long term
- Motivate team and leading by example on the selling floor.
- Assist the boutique director in building a short to mid-term strategy to attract, convert and retain new clients (initiatives, events).
- Provide and ensure excellent customer service and help team nurture and elevate boutique experiences to support growth of sales.
- Monitor floor traffic, ensure proper coverage
JOB PROFILE
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Required experience:
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Ability to elevate client experiences and nurturing of client relationships required
- Prior supervisory role required
- Ability to motivate team and quickly solve sales related issues
- Ability to provide solutions to clients' needs
Technical skills / abilities:
- Strong selling/closing skills
- Strong computer skills - Excel and Word proficient
- Ability to travel
- Strong networking abilities with high profile events
- Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred
Personal skills:
- Excellent communications and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
