Digital Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager, you are fully dedicated to shaping the future of technological advancement of the company. You will be responsible for innovating existing platforms within the company or implementing new consumer facing and internal platforms across different geo's (China, and Europe), you will take part in a complete project management experience as you co-operate with the team through every facet of development, implementation & follow up.

Be at the forefront of digital for TimeVallée, an increasingly important driver of business strategy for the company across all operations and you will be taking care of projects that affect the performance of services immediately.

China Richemont office in Kerry Center, Shanghai, at Yan'an Road near Changde Road (Metro: Jing'An Temple)

Responsibilities
1. In line with the global strategy of the company, you will drive TimeVallee digital eco-system to keep it agile, competitive and profitable.
2. In charge of keeping all the in-store digital smoothly running for all the retails in our network, including hardware, software and content. Effectively manage the content update, as well as the maintenance of the in-store elements, to support daily retail operations (this include defining, setting up and monitoring KPIs to assure constant satisfaction of our partners)
3. In charge of Digital Elements ordering and installation for new openings, work with the team to make sure on catching the opening time
4. Analyze business processes to acquire a deeper understanding of the company´s operations, internal web and online platforms such as but not limited to WeChat & digital products such as but not limited to in-store digital touchpoints and utilize this acquired knowledge to identify and implement improvements or design innovative tools to enrich the in-store customer experience.
5. Work closely together with the rest of digital team members, headquarters in Hong Kong China and Switzerland, making sure our systems are fully integrated, also with the core systems provided by the group.
6. Managing the negotiation and contracting of 3rd party technology providers/suppliers and software vendors

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in project management related to digital innovation, business consulting, digital retail, IT project management or related field.
    • A good affinity with digital terminology and implementation
    • Deep understanding of systems (CRM, Product Information Management, WeChat Eco-System, IT & Infrastructure)
    • A good understanding of maintenance and technical issue prevention processes and implementation of such processes
  • Fluent English oral and written is mandatory, Chinese as preferred second language skill, French is not a must, however will be a plus.
  • Must be a good team player, experience working on a cross-functional, high impact team.
  • Open minded with positive thinking, have good problem solving skill and good communicating skill.
  • Customer oriented, able to think from others prospective.
