WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Watchfinder&Co. are always on the lookout for driven and ambitious sales professionals across all of our 11 UK boutiques and showrooms with locations in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Essex and Kent.

As a Stock Assistant at Watchfinder, you will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound stock entering the store.

Working together with the Store Manager and wider sales team, you will ensure that all stock is allocated, stowed away safely and securely and ensuring that all discrepancies are raised immediately.

Next, you will be responsible for liaising with our clients providing them with regular updates on their purchases and confirming all necessary delivery arrangements. Ensuring, that you are always providing a top level of service to our clients.

You will be integral to the running of the store, ensuring strong visual standards of internal and external displays.

With your methodical and meticulous nature, you shall take the lead of daily, weekly and annual stock take procedures. To ensure that both products and boxes are always accounted for.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A SALES ADVISOR...

  • Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Strong Administration skills and familiar with ERP & Microsoft Office suite.
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail and loves to improve processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
  • Ability to take in technical information with a willingness to learn about our products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
