KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily verification of CONCUR report and ensure payment entry into SAP timely and accurately
Booking manual T&E claims
Perform monthly accounts reconciliation
Timely follow up and clear long aged AP items
Setup smoothly communication channel with staff
DIMENSIONS
JOB PROFILE (FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
Education
Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related
Experience
Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting AP T&E. Be familiar with CONCUR system is a plus.
Skills required
Good communication skill and fluent oral & written English
Good at Microsoft, i.e. excel, PPT preparation
Behavioural Competencies
Be independent enough to handle brands CONCUR claim reports.
Be confident and patient when communicate with payment requestors
Could work under pressure, willing to learn and grow gradually in AP team.
