Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development, Cartier North America

The Director of Talent and Organizational Development will partner with the VP of HR, AVP Learning & Transformation, Cartier International Talent Team and RNA Talent Team, to lead Cartier North America Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives. This role reports into the VP- HR for Cartier North America. The Director will liaise with the Cartier HR Directors as well as International and local Talent & Learning & Transformation teams. They will lead the development and delivery of initiatives that drive organizational efficiencies and ways of working, including workshops, RACI diagrams, and the employee engagement survey. In addition to organizational efficiencies, they will also be engaged in the execution programs of individual development initiatives in response to talent review outcomes at Cartier.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Cartier Talent Initiatives (OTR) in partnership with the HR Directors, Cartier International Talent Team, and RNA Talent Team
  • Manage Talent Mobility Strategy & Internal Exchange Programs
  • Build succession plans for key roles and identify gaps in our pipeline
  • Create reporting/ dashboard/metrics on internal mobility's across Cartier North America
  • Foster mobility by participating in monthly Talent Calls
  • Collaborate with Talent Recruitment on profiles we need to identify for the future
  • Partner with Internal Communications team to create a cadence of monthly communication on employee mobility stories on Cartier Connect
  • Partner closely with the VP Human Resources, AVP Learning & Transformation as well as key stakeholders to design, develop and implement an integrated and continual Organizational Effectiveness and ways of working strategy
  • Lead the continued development and execution of transformational work
  • Create RACI diagrams to simplify and provide clarity to all new ways of working
  • Animate and facilitate workshops post transformation
  • Measure and monitor the progress of the new organization; make recommendations; share updates with the Executive Leadership Committee
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, Human Resources or related field
  • 10 years of experience in the field of Organization Development and/or Learning Development and Talent Management
  • Five (5) years of experience managing organizational change projects
  • Proven experience designing and delivering cross-functional decision making, process driven initiatives
  • Demonstrated experienced in leading talent mobility and in building robust succession plans; and providing gap analysis on organization needs
  • Strong communications, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a high-touch culture
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with minimal guidance, on time, and under budget
