The Assistant Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager acts as the architect, designer, planner and operator of the holistic digital and e-commerce experience of Montblanc customer with the Maison in China. Owner of e-commerce marketing and merchandising. Mainly focus on Ecommerce marketing campaigns to set up plan and execute on 360 Ecommerce campaigns together with other marketing peers. To continuously enhance brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, recruit NTF, and lift conversion rate.

RESPONSIBILITITES / INTERFACES / SKILLS:

Marketing ownership

Work with line manager to come up overall digital strategy planning, Ecommerce marketing planning, Ecommerce merchandising plan
• Ecommerce merchandising
- Work closely with line manager on Ecommerce product mix and assortment strategy
- Ecommerce merchandising and GWP plan
- Work closely with SC team on stock fcst
• Ecommerce campaigns:
- Develop and execute e-commerce seasonal online marketing plan, with linkage to both commercial needs and digital marketing calendar. Key deliverable will include E-commerce marketing calendar management, campaign planning for mega events and investment strategy.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to make online campaigns successful in all channels: official website, Wechat boutique, phone sales and other new channel such as Tmall.
- Drive agency or TP to prepare for the campaign and conduct campaign review.
- Work close with Tmall contact window to make sure our participant in all relevant Tmall campaigns and promotion
• Performance marketing
- Jointly work together with Marcom digital media team on SEM planning, including annual/ seasonal/ campaign keywords selection and maintenance, Search platform evaluation and planning
- In charge of paid marketing inside of Tmall to drive paid media efficiency
• Online content marketing and Ecom layout production:
- Work closely with online operation peer and make the content/ layout plan according to campaign calendar.
- Work closely with content and social team to create the content/ layout required for online channel
- Manage agency to do page design and finish the validation process before the deadline.
- Work closely with social team to do the content marketing in Ali Eco-system including Weitao, Brand Hub, etc., to help Brand to recruit new clients.

• Market intelligence

- Regular reporting market intelligence, including market trend, competitor activities, etc.
- Keep close monitoring of e-Com platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to e-Com marketing strategy
• Digital projects
- Initiate digital projects to enhance more traffic to MTB e-commerce platforms

Commercial ownership
• Be part of EC team for e-commerce sales targets achievement as well as online shop P&L.
• Be part of EC team to plan merchandising and stock requires.
• Be part of EC team to acquire new e-commerce customers and build the CRM database, in collaboration with Retail.
• Support Montblanc HQ project initiatives with local input and country-specific requirements.

Go-to-market
Work with Senior Digital & E-Commerce Manager, as well as other EC team members to drive the MTB 'Go-to-market' project and be responsible for future inside platform marketing campaigns, to drive sales.

• Min. 5 years' experience in online marketing or e-marketing in an international environment, ideally with Tmall e-marketing experience
• IT literacy, understanding of web technologies, content management system, social media, mobile tools
• Abundant Knowledge on Digital marketing and e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
• Must engender a positive "can do" attitude in others (be a lateral leader).
• Ability to connect with local and central teams and to become the local MB "digital expert"
• Good communicator, proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
