In this role, you will report to the Boutique Manager and support them in boutique sales, implementation of operational procedures, recruitment, team training and development and client experience. You will assist in planning and executing in-store and marketing activities and act as a Brand ambassador when representing the Brand at meetings, events, charity dinners and other work-related functions. You will show entrpreneurial spirit when supporting the Boutique Manager with the sales strategy for your boutique and consistently deliver an exceptional standard of client experience.

This role would suit someone in a second or third in charge Boutique position with experience in a global luxury busines. We are looking for candidates who have strong experience in operational excellence, combined with a hunger to develop the boutique sales strategy and deliver an exceptional client experience.We are looking for a self-motivated, people focused leader that can develop a small team of 6 to success.
