About the role
Basedin London, the EU Online Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for devisingand reviewing Gap EU's online promotional marketing activities aligned to theoverarching omni strategy and plans. This position reports into the SeniorManager, EU Trade (based in London) and works in close partnership with theOnline Marketing Manager, Promo & Audience Experience (based in San Francisco)to brief in promo requirements to execute
.
•
Support the Senior Manager EU Trade to developthe strategy and creation of the omni and online promotional marketing plans, partneringclosely with company planning, buying teams and production.
•
Work closely with company planning to reviewperformance and collate weekly business reporting and additional reporting asneeded
•
Brief in all elements required to execute promotionsacross email, site and social to the Online Marketing Manager, Promo &Audience Experience and SF production team
•
Review creative concepts and QA final proofs inan accurate and timely manner
•
Responsible for ensuring terms and conditions areaccurate and up-to-date with legal requirements, working closely with the legalteam
•
Develop a A/B testing plans, recap performanceand leverage learnings to inform future marketing strategies and drive channelinnovation
•
Work with the Senior Manager EU Trade and TradeMarketing Co-ordinator to identify opportunities for omni-channel promotionalalignment and how to execute
•
Partner with the wider marketing team to align promotionstrategies with product and brand content
•
Liaise with other market commercial planning teams to share bestpractice and innovation
•
Develop strong relationships and collaborate withcross-functional partners.

Tremendous organization and process managementskills
•
Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge ofexcel are a must; experience in Omniture a plus
•
Strong written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to glean insights and tell a story from the data
•
5+ years of marketing, company planning/finance,agency/consulting, or buying/merchandising experience a plus
•
Experience working with cross functionalteams
•
Customer focused mindset
•
Able to work flexible hoursto facilitate regular connections with San Francisco and New York
