Alaia - VIP Sales Executive (New Bond Street)

Maison Alaia VIP department delivers the highest level of client experience, driving revenue through exceptional levels of service while establishing itself as a premium personal shopping destination.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

A key focus for the entire team is CRM activity and cultivating a loyal client-base for both the brand and boutique. It is vital that this individual is proactive about nurturing genuine customer relationships and elevating a successful client book, beyond a Sales Associate level.

As Alaia's executive for VIP sales in London, you are responsible for identify existing Elite and VIP clients amongst our network & proposing action plans for further development of this clientele. This will involve the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of our existing client database and implementing an upselling action plan based in this data.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for marketing or PR; demonstrating a natural capability to develop our customer database through engaging external and store events. You will be confident working mainly by private appointment and building personal client relationships that extend beyond the boutique. Our team of Sales Associate will look to you for guidance in developing 'walk-in' clients who fit Alaia's VIP profile.

Working within the flagship boutique, achieving personal KPI's & sales targets are of the upmost significance. Having the ability to work both individually and as a team will be of great importance when trying to achieve sales within a competitive retail environment. We will expect you to actively contribute to the made to measure and couture pieces.

We require individuals who are passionate and curious about our maison; reflecting the Alaia attitude at all times and acting as an exemplary brand ambassador. You will be expected to become an expert in your field - sharing this knowledge with both your clients as well as the rest of your team.

Within this role as VIP Sales Executive, you will get the opportunity to work with the Boutique Manager and Client Development Manager to create 'surprise and delight' moments for the VIP clients, who are outside our normal customer service journey.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will play an essential part in the overall smooth running of our boutique, setting an example for the entire team and taking ownership over VIP sales. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills. Previous experience within the luxury fashion industry and dealing with high-profile clients, will contribute to your success and the ability to gain gravitas within our existing network.

We are looking for individuals who are naturally proactive and take initiative. Often our boutique can be quiet and operate significantly on a private appointment basis, so having a hands-on and hard-working approach is key. The existing team would welcome a co-operative colleague, who contributes in all daily operations and additional projects.
