NISM was built to provide a creative outlet to those who might not have had the opportunity to share their art with the world. We will stay the course and continue to highlight and; give voice to those who would otherwise be silenced by legacy fashion.NISM is looking for their next break-out designer to support
in creating and; producing an upscale capsule collection.

We take care of the business side—manufacturing, financing, marketing and advertising—so the designer can do what they do best—design. Our designers become the face of their own lines and put their own names on the lines. They have complete creative freedom to create their lines.  As a plus our designers get a lot of media exposure from celebrity placements and media connection Theme: Streetwear, athleisure, genderless

• Develop unique design style and brainstorm new concepts
• Create fashion line with unique brand DNA
• Create a complete fashion line collection
• Partner with production team to manage assigned work from inception or product throughout completion
• Brainstorm multiple new concepts 
• Produce new design concepts
• Incorporate fashion trends into design
• Develop CAD Design sketches
• Develop Samples 
• Assist in development of patterns
• Develop tech packs 
• Develop Samples
• Identify/source material references for inspiration
• Assist sourcing team with fabric and trim sourcing
• Adapt designs for mass production
• Interact with Production team;
• Interact with PR Firms to assist with brand DNA and brand exposure
• Organize Photo shoots and other marketing presentations 
• Participate in regular team meetings to reinforce close communication on design-related processes and related matters.
• Attending promotional events as the face of their own individual lines, and representing the line at various such events. 
• Adhere to design calendar deadlines and timelines 

Applicants must have permission to work in the United States and reside in the United States

Applicants must have minimum 5 years of experience in the industry 

Ability to do Tech Packs independently 

Work will be remote
