Sales Support Coordinator

Are you a positive outgoing person? Kenmark Eyewear is seeking a spirited individual that enjoys talking with, encouraging and helping other individuals from day to day. We are building our Sales Support team and are searching for the right candidate to join our team and help with daily tasks related to our sales team. This is a mid-level position that will report to our Sales Support Manager and our VP of Sales Development. This person will help our sales team and our internal sales support team with their daily needs as well as work with other departments on projects when needed. The right candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, able to manage time well, and able to work both with a team and independently.

REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE 

• Associates Degree required 
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales role or related field 
• Positive attitude 
• Strong computer skills 
• Experience with Excel, as well as other Microsoft products 
• Self-motivated 
• Works well with a team 
• Highly organized 
• Excellent motivational skills

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO) 

• Answers phone calls from sales consultants and solves problems as they arise 
• Excellent motivational skills 
• Works well with a team but also able to work independently 
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team 
• Acknowledges sales consultants by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner 
• Deals with any sales consultants complaints and resolves the issue as necessary in a timely manner 
• Some administrative work required
