As Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion (m/f/d) you will shape and guide the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy of HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect:

With the purpose on increasing diversity of talent, strengthening inclusive behaviors and influencing positive change in society, you will
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion strategy that supports HUGO BOSS' values and business goals
  • Further integrate the Company's Diversity & Inclusion beliefs and values throughout our culture through innovative solutions that broaden and advance the employee experience
  • Establish key metrics to assess, measure and track results of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Design, implement and manage initiatives in the field of Diversity & Inclusion to attract, develop and retain talent from all backgrounds
  • Partner with HR team and leaders as a resource and driver for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and collaborate with them in talent management, succession planning, coaching and shaping of our company culture
  • Provide coaching on the topic of Diversity & Inclusion to our (senior) leadership team
  • Train groups on the topic of Diversity & Inclusion and host town halls as well as digital formats to educate and inspire the organization
  • Represent HUGO BOSS externally sharing expertise and experiences through speaking engagements, panels etc.
  • Conduct regular Diversity & Inclusion assessments (focus groups, data analysis, process assessments) and report findings insights and actions


Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Sciences or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in Human Resources or business functions
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in the field of Diversity & Inclusion
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity and Inclusion principles and philosophies
  • Ability to influence and drive positive change as an effective business partner on all levels of an organization
  • Experience in leading large scale change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated comfort and confidence in dealing with ambiguity and inspiring through change
  • Confident in facilitating, presenting and speaking to both internal and external audiences
  • Action oriented paired with strong self-reflection as well as organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in German is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into insights and a compelling narrative on impact
  • Cultural competence & agility: understand & appreciate cultural differences and location differences, bringing insights to inspire and engage people in solving complex problems
