Richemont UK - Building & Office Services Manager

How will you make an impact?

You will define the BOS strategy, resources and optimum organisation for a best-in-class BOS function, aligned with Group guidelines and Brands' standards and incorporating CSR initiatives

You will define the Operational implementation of the BOS strategy and day-to-day running of the BOS function, including suppliers and contract management and compliance with H&S guidelines

You will effectively manage and control budgets across the entire Office Services Function

You will manage all internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure that the range of facilities services provided and their method of delivery continue to meet and exceed luxury brand standard whilst being efficient and cost effective

How will you experience success with us?

You will have RICS or BIFM knowledge and experience of working within a Property and Facilities Management

You will have advanced knowledge of H&S practices

You will have strong risk analysis and financial planning skills

You will be extremely organized, able to prioritise while ensuring the highest attention to details

You will embrace, drive and enjoy change. As a true leader, you will problem solve and communicate effectively proposals to all stakeholders

You will be a confident negotiator, aiming to deliver the best results for your team
