The E-Commerce & Website Manager will be responsible for increasing customer conversions and developing the Maison's digital proposition for North America effectively taking ownership of trading the website, from devising the overall commercial trading strategy with the internal teams, to monitoring daily activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the e-commerce website and work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Merchandising, CRM and Customer Service to ensure that it aligns with the latest product launches and increase sales
  • Drive online sales growth through maximizing traffic, conversions and ROI via activations and promotions
  • Update the website to support seasonal campaigns & optimization of permanent website content
  • Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online profitability and conversion
  • Work with product and merchandising teams to curate an online offering
  • Manage online visual merchandising, and optimize customer journey
  • Localize, manage & enhance content & home/landing pages liaising with the Online Flagship, Marketing teams (HQ and local markets)
  • Maximize all opportunities to drive online sales via SEO and UX requests
  • Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximize on sales
  • Manage External partners' operations: orders, merchandising, reporting
  • Champion digital transformation via omni-channel activations and operations
  • Weekly reporting on all activities to wider business, liaising with the BI team


Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in e-commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce (trading, merchandising, UX, CRO, SEO)
  • Proficiency with E-Commerce CMS platform, Google Analytics, AdWords and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
  • Undergraduate degree required
