As Director of E-Commerce for Montblanc, you will beresponsible for leading and achieving digital sales targets for

Primary responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales target and related commercial KPI
  • Develop an annual business plan to support sales targets and P&L strategy
  • Lead and implement client Omni-channel experience: click to store, click from store, etc.
  • Manage the integration of all aspects of local e-commerce operations, including logistics, customer service, stock and supply chain, IT, and local outsourced partners
  • Partner with Logistics/Supply Chain management, manage stock situation and ensure replenishment rhythms. Ensure proper allocation from HQ, in particular for novelties
  • Drive Performance Marketing strategy and implementation with media agency
  • Build new strategies with internal partners to drive traffic & customer growth on
  • Build and maintain e-retailer strategy to improve the brand's sales and footprint
  • Define with HQ required online product assortment and manage merchandising mix
  • Manage relationship with Distribution Center in areas of fulfillment to ensure order processing and resolve issues
  • Manage relationship with the Client Relations Center; activities include Training, KPI's tracking, and staff competencies, improve sales performance
  • Ensure that all local requirements are met in terms of user experience, functionality, packaging, language, etc.
  • Continuously build upon the strong marketing plan for the e-commerce platform ranging from: site activities, advertising, traffic building, sales mix, etc.
  • Maintain permanent dialogue with Montblanc Headquarters and RNA Digital Team for maintenance, change requests, testing, and enhancements of site and support programs
  • Track digital activities and KPIs through monthly reporting

  • 7 to 10 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms
  • 2 to 3 years of both direct and cross-functional people management experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of Performance Marketing, in particular SEA, programmatic, email, affiliates, paid social - this is a must
  • Expert IT literacy: Google Analytics, AdWords, MS Office, Social Media tools, SAP, etc.
  • Ability to create strategies, make operational decisions and execute accordingly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in complexity with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Ability to develop and manage sales accounts in third party e-commerce partnerships
  • Able to manage large, global resources and implement locally
  • Profound and all-rounded Digital Sales & Marketing knowledge.
  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
  • Connected in national agency / vendor landscape, experienced in working with media agencies
