ABOUT THE TEAM

As a BI Analyst you will act as a connector between engineers and stakeholders. Support them by enabling automatized data driven solutions to business and technical challenges via our single point-of-truth data warehouse.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Collaborate with our data warehouse engineers and Payments stakeholders to create and implement new self service reporting initiatives based on stakeholders' requirements
Support business stakeholders in a fast-paced innovative environment with accurate and insightful data deep dives
Consult our stakeholders on their (big) data needs and use cases on Payments, Customer and Order Analytics
Extend and optimize our enterprise data model using our current technologies such as Exasol, Oracle, Nakadi and Data Lake and the evolving big data warehouse technology for Payments based on AWS & SAP HANA in connection with Redshift, Spark, Nakadi and Data Lake.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3 years+ of experience as BI Analyst / Data Analyst with a problem solving and can-do attitude. Previous experience with the financial/payments domain is a plus.
Pragmatic and a quick learner, equipped with an analytical mindset, always passionate about finding state-of-the-art solutions, and you are always stakeholder centric.
Strong knowledge in the areas of data (warehouse) modelling, data quality and data landscape. Experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus.
Advanced level of SQL skills. Experience with columnar databases is a plus.
Up to challenge the status quo, drive innovation and you are keen to identify and apply best practises. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
Ability to create well-defined and high quality dashboards, reports and technical documentation. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or similar tools is preferred.
Obtained an academic degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or other similar quantitative field.
Experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, S3, Airflow, Grafana, Kibana, etc. acts as an additional advantage.
