Data is a critical part of our product development process and Product Analysts are the chief advocates. We are looking for Product Analysts who can quickly jump in and make an impact on the development life-cycle and therefore our payment product offering. Working closely with teams of Software Engineers and Product Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is both dependable and correct, seeking insights in this data and making data-driven decisions. You will have touch points throughout the entirety of the product development life cycle, from early data-explorations and experiments to optimization of existing products and services to continuous reporting and monitoring of critical business KPI. Your analytical understanding helps you to see clearly how our products grow and how these can be improved.WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Setting-up and analysing A/B tests for new experimental features and business opportunities
  • Define the key performance metrics for the teams and the entire payments division
  • Always give analytical evidence as to why we do certain things, thereby challenging and contributing to product decisions based on these insights
  • Be a data explorer, an educator and a partner in decision making
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Ability to understand which questions really matter and how to translate them into experiments and hypotheses witha "feeling" for numbers and a strong business sense. Experience in running A/B tests. Knowledge of the statistical tools that enable turning all of this into insights.
  • Ability to effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate ideas to others in order toto explain complex topics in simple terms. A true team player who can inspire others with work.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and statistical software languages (like R, SQL, Python), analytics tools and environments (Google Analytics, Microstrategy, Bigquery, Spark, AWS EMR); Google Analytics IQ certified would be a plus
  • A degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or another similar quantitative field (M.Sc.) and are eager to keep learning and applying new knowledge.
