Dunhill Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: Japan Retail General Manager & Marketing General Manager
Regional Office: Japan HQ, Tokyo

Position Summary:
Accelerate digital excellence and ecommerce sales growth within the market.
Working in a cross functional capacity with HQ and local teams including merchandising, marketing and retail to lead and execute the regional ecommerce strategy and omni-channel initiatives.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Ecommerce
- In line with global strategy, working closely with line manager to develop yearly ecommerce strategy including execution and monitoring
- In line with global online sales forecasts, plan and track regional online sales targets (KPI: increase of Ecommerce sales to 20% from the current 5%)
- Partner with HQ and local merchandising teams to ensure correct product assortment is represented online and timely replenishment is complete
- Use retail and online insights to action and maintain local visual merchandising
- In line with global trading calendar, plan and execute a regional trade calendar to support marketing activations, search trends and regional key moments
- Manage editorial and product copy for website ensuring high quality and accuracy across the website
- Bring innovative digital developments to on page functions
- Lead and execute omni-channel projects
- Collaborate with CRC team to drive online sales
- Partner with retail to champion and deliver digital collaboration and drive sales
- Lead reginal omni-channel projects
- Support online wholesale to drive future growth of online channels

Digital marketing
- Work closely with HQ to support with SEO/SEM planning and analysis
- Partner with HQ to develop customer journeys and newsletter schedule
- Work closely with HQ to elevate the brand tone of voice across all digital channels

Social
- Developing and maintain brand's social media presence on regional platforms
- In line with global marketing and social calendar, produce and execute a local Line calendar and posting schedule (KPI: increase to 30,000 Line friends from the current 15,000)
- Add rich content to Line and build into a local owned content platform (KPI: increase to 100,000 Line friends and build E-commerce revenue)
- Brainstorm new and creative social content & strategy

General
- Ongoing competitor review and analysis
- Ensure correct information is uploaded and maintained in the store locator and GMB

Language

- Fluent in Japanese (N1 or above) and English
