As Business Analyst you will support the team by analyzing relevant business data to find efficiency levers which Customer Care can apply to improve workflow. Moreover you will be responsible for improving and sharing knowledge regarding KPIs.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Handle data-related work streams and analyse Customer Care efficiency projects
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on operational metrics and processes
  • Help drive data-based decisions across the Customer Care organization and develop the teams' understanding of what influences Customer Care efficiency
  • Own and share your expert knowledge on Customer Care KPIs and insights with the rest of the organization


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, business intelligence, business analytics or a similar role, preferably in a customer service or eCommerce organization
  • Willingness to perform analytical tasks & own projects within the team. Inclination to support innovation and decision making by delivering insights derived from descriptive and diagnostic/inferential analysis. Urge to assist the business unit in improving the data landscape
  • Advanced skills and experience in BI/Data Tools (preferably MicroStrategy, SuperSet, Tableau), SQL, Excel, Google Spreadsheets and Google Analytics. Python/R is a plus
