Wholesales Assistant/Internship (m/w/d)

Aeyde is a digital first, direct-to-consumer brand offering distinctive designs that integrate effortlessly into a modern wardrobe. aeyde’s small, dedicated team is based in the heart of Berlin and all products are manufactured by family owned factories in Italy. Founded in 2015, the current team is composed of international people that share the same vision and motivation to help aeyde grow further.

During your Internship, you will work cross-functionally to support a variety of tasks including:

• Managing day-to-day communication
• Coordinating with the Operations and Accounting Team
• Coordinating Claims/Re-Orders/SWAPS with Merchandising
• Managing the Market calendar
• Organizing the showroom and set up space/catering/model/samples
• Preparing the selling tools
• Supporting the team in cross-functional internal projects and daily tasks

Your profile:

• Studies in Business / Fashion / Marketing
• Ideally some previous internship experience relevant to the tasks above
• Interested in developing a career in international sales
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written)
• Good project management skills
• Well organized and good at keeping timelines
• Flexible and hands-on mentality
• Open mindset towards working and growing within a fast-paced start-up environment

Key factors: ideally currently enrolled, 3-6 month mandatory or study-related internship, possibility of permanent employment after 3 months, full-time 40hrs/week, paid.
