Zalando's Personalized Marketing team is looking for a competent and motivated Marketing Manager Display & Video to support us in our mission to become the starting point of fashion. Our team is continuously innovating and breaking paradigms on how performance marketing can be done successfully at large scale.

You will be working in a multidisciplinary team, composed of experienced data scientists, engineers, designers and product managers, who are dedicating their work to maximize Zalando's ROI and grow its customer base. As marketing manager, you will support this by addressing our customers in the right way and measure the effect of our campaigns on relevant KPIs. Together we'll be creating fresh ways to connect fashion and people.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Define and implement performance marketing strategy for GDN and YouTube
  • Develop, a/b test and roll-out optimization and automation strategies across app and web campaigns for GDN and YouTube
  • Build a deep understanding of GDN & YouTube performance incl. performance drivers across countries
  • Work with the product managers, engineers and data scientists to design and automate processes which enable data-driven decisions at scale
  • Work with designers and agencies on impactful creative solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Brand and Markets teams to maximize marketing impact and support growth targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 4+ years solid experience in display & video performance marketing, ideally managing large budgets
  • Excellent understanding of levers in display & video marketing
  • Able to assess performance, define strategy and prioritize tactics to drive growth and profit
  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. Tableau and SQL are a plus
  • Experience running a/b tests and basic knowledge of statistics
  • Structured and independent way of working, hands-on mentality
