Title : Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager

Location : Shanghai China

Reports to: Supply Chain Director

Main Purpose:

The ecommerce supply chain manager is responsible for leading ecommerce merchandising, planning and supply chain; implementing strategy to ensure all activities aligned with required policies and compliance standard ; is responsible for driving process improvements to optimize the operational level while also meeting corporate standards ;

Duties and responsibilities:

Merchandise Strategy:
  • Partner with HQ and China merchandising team formulating an assortment strategy that is consistent with overall business strategy.
  • Defines and leads the development and execution of the key business drivers ( key items and events ) in China
  • Manages the proper execution of strategy in China with partnership with e-commerce team; takes appropriate action when necessary.
  • Works closely with e-commerce team to ensure they are aligned with the merchandise strategy and executing appropriately.
  • Evaluates ongoing performance with key members and take action as appropriate.
  • Develops e-commerce exclusive product plan and strategy in China.
  • Monitor performance on new products and determines further opportunities based on results.
  • Interprets trends appropriate to China customers.
  • Partner with ecommerce team to create category / collections level sales plan
  • Compile and submit all necessary sales, inventory, forecasts, budgets, etc. information as may be required by management from time to time.


Financial:
  • Works with ecommerce team to monitor overall inventory levels, sales and related financial figures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales and inventory analysis at the category level.
  • Act as item data and system subject matter expert for assigned product categories; ensure data integrity through validation of information for consistency and accuracy.
  • Provides ongoing feedback and information to team members on sales results, competitive practices, and delivery issues with HQ and vendors, and other specific information which could impact the performance of the business.


Inventory Management:
  • Manage and forecasts inventory levels.
  • Establishes and maintains assortment plan pipeline by determining order quantities and placing order with HQ / suppliers.
  • Identifies slow and best sellers in inventory, and respond to maximize sales and minimize risks.
  • Facilitating the communication of quality issues to enhance product quality.

Supply Chain and Customer Service:
  • I mportation & exportation: act as expert to work with relevant RCCL teams in import / export control and relevant regulations, monitor the business activities and perform risk analysis to ensure all activities align with the required policies, procedures and compliance standard.
  • Managing defective products and achieving KPIs of non-turning target
  • Monitoring value added service : Engraving & Embossing
  • Setting , tracking and analysing customer service metrics
  • Handling all cases and resolve escalated complaints or issues if required


Projects:
  • Business Efficiency Projects: Identifying, analysing and implementing business improvement opportunities.


Partner Relations:
  • Develops and maintains effective working partnership with ecommerce team, while ensuring all related business strategy and supply Chain policy execute appropriately.
  • Drives decision-making and problem solving on the customer complaints or any issues.
  • Ensures team results, relationships and processes are aligned with Richemont mission and values.
  • Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of all related work processes.


Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in business administration / planning management / merchandising / E-commerce ;
  • At least 7 years' experience in E-commerce merchandising, planning, supply chain or related field.
  • Industrial relevant is important;
  • Strong data analysis skills and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, independent, friendly and coordinative;
  • Strong problem-solving and meticulous, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision, Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded , organising skill ;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause
