Job Details

  • Owning the allocation and order release process to the outsourced warehouse for Link Theory wholesale clients and for Link Theory retail stores and concessions.
  • Liaising with Theory and Helmut Lang Sales Mangers and Wholesale clients on the availability of stock.
  • Report creation and response as required.
  • Managing operational issues and Sales Manager and client’s expectations.
  • Set up of new delivery requirements for clients.
  • Managing production orders, pro-actively informing the business about operational changes.
  • Ensure smooth and timely international logistics process flow to markets with additional delivery requirements

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in an Admin/Logistics Role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence to work with Blue Cherry system
  • Good Excel skills
  • Proactive, hands on mentality
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team player and patient in pressure situations
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
