JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN PURPOSE
The Group Marketing Services is a young and international department of around 60 people supporting all the Maisons on their marketing strategies. Within the Strategic Planning team, the Director's Personal Assistant key missions are to:
Support the Group Marketing & Strategic Planning Director in her daily organisation Support the Strategic Planning Department team for travel organisation Contribute to the organisation of events of the Strategic Planning Department
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Group Marketing & Strategic Planning Director in her daily organisation:
Coordinate and facilitate the communication between Marketing Services departments, and also with other Richemont support functions
Control of the invoices, days off requests and travel expenses which must be validated by the director of the department
Organize (with the team) different conferences, team buildings and the annual seminar for the department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key responsibility 1
Support the Group Marketing & Strategic Planning Director in her daily organisation:
- Taking and organising meetings for internal and external people (Outlook agenda)
- Preparing of the travels (incl. other members of the department mostly in Europe)
- Managing and following up on the emails and dispatching
- Key responsibility 2
Coordinate and facilitate the communication between Marketing Services departments, and also with other Richemont support functions
- Key responsibility 3
Control of the invoices, days off requests and travel expenses which must be validated by the director of the department
- Key responsibility 4
Organize (with the team) different conferences, team buildings and the annual seminar for the department
