Duties Include but are not Limited to:

  • Analyze and report on e-commerce channel performance metrics; develop and adhere to KPIs
  • Complete order picking, manage returns, and monitor inventory levels
  • Perform day to day task revolving around e-commerce operations including daily communication within cross-departmental and also external parties (Zendesk, 3PL, DHL, UPS, messengers, etc.)
  • Evaluate operations procedures and processes to recommend strategies--including reporting on chargebacks 
  • Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
  • Deliver consistent exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain packing supply levels in-office and with 3PL; placing reorders as needed
  • Develop and document workflows to streamline processes.
  • Conduct meetings with E-Commerce Manager to discuss any operational issues, initiative and fulfillment performance
  • Delivery performance issue – gather data and analyze data, communicate with Management 
  • Conduct recurring/ad hoc processes/reporting with 3PL
  • Assist with 3PL warehouse operations matters and act as the middle person for communication with the warehouse in understanding the issue and communication with other teams 
  • Review any order processing issues
  • Assist with customer service operations matters working closely with Operations and Management team(s)
  • Assist in process improvement and documentation within the department
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested by management team

  • Shopify + Apps
  • ERP + WMS Systems
  • Excel / PowerPoint etc. 
  • Zendesk or other CRM systems 
  • Google Tools
