Primary Purpose: The Manager, Retail Store & Capital Planning FP&A will drive all aspects of the FP&A process including monthly close activities, quarterly forecasting, and ad hoc analyses. This manager will consolidate and communicate financial information related to Coach NA Retail and Outlet stores to leadership teams. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, North America FP&A and will manage & develop an Analyst.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in finance to...

- drive quarterly forecasts, long range plan, and annual capital plans for Coach stores
- full ownership of accurate financial forecast models; work with business partners accordingly
- drive initiatives to streamline processes, maintain and improve upon existing financial model
- work with business partners to identify P&L levers, Risks & Opportunities, or cost savings opportunities with Global Procurement
- prepare timely presentations summarizing and explaining submissions and material changes to prior forecasts
- fully own capital and real estate planning for Coach NA stores
- work with business partners to manage CapEx and evaluate financials on new store openings and renovations
- timely review and reconcile spend vs. budget and flag variances
- maintain and distribute quarter-end reports and capital trackers to General Managers
- prepare documentation and schedules as required by accounting and auditors
- lead profitability meetings for Coach stores and develop and oversee ROI analyses for pop-ups, capital investments, and etc.
- manage forecast of capital expenditures and related depreciation on a quarterly basis; accrue CIP as required

An outstanding professional will have...

- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- P&L budgeting / forecasting experience required, with an emphasis on building driver-based forecasts
- prior experience managing a direct report is preferred
- must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- knowledge of SAP and PBCS desirable
- general capital planning and asset depreciation knowledge a plus
