MAIN OBJECTIVE:

The Corporate Responsibility Specialist is a member of Cartier's Corporate Responsibility Department at the HQs.

Under the supervision of the Head of Corporate Responsibility, and in collaboration with two other team members, he/she's main objective is to support Cartier's CSR activities worldwide and collaborate on key projects towards continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a dynamic and committed individual who is passionate about sustainability issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead strategic projects, including on Sourcing, Environment and Governance
  • Take the lead on CSR strategic projects such as sourcing initiatives for a selection of materials (supply chain - from extraction/production to finished good, includes updating and monitoring KPIs)
  • Update and monitor the implementation of CSR policies through internal dashboards and external reporting frameworks
  • Ensure and monitor the implementation of the Richemont Supplier Code of Conduct and supervise the Cartier Supplier Audit Program


Participate in the ongoing activities of the Department
  • Create and manage the CSR community information platform
  • Conduct research on and monitoring of CSR topics
  • Draft presentations and conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders


JOB PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in Business, Law or Engineering studies, or other relevant field; with a strong focus in CSR/Sustainability/Environment
  • 5-8 years' experience in CSR
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in French and English
  • Good knowledge of MS office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Curious, open-minded and passionate about sustainability issues
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-player also able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
