The Human Resources Manager plays a key role to build employee and organisational excellence for our Maison by managing employees relationships, day-to-day HR operations, driving and embedding People strategy and providing HR guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.

As an active business partner, the HR Manager will work with other leaders to integrate the human resources function within the overall business strategy and act as a trusted adviser on organization design, talent management, learning and development, performance management, and career and succession planning.

S he/he will lead a nd actively participate in the development of the HR strategy by promoting and fostering a culture and environment that is creative, empowering, healthy and equitable and by coaching others to behave and make decisions in line with this culture.

MAIN MISSIONS

Recruitment and Integration:

Work with managers to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs. Identify recruitment needs, draft job postings and monitor the applications flows. Liaise with managers on the recruitment plan (interviews, feedbacks...). Proceed to selection and recruitment. Ensure a smooth integration of new hires and follow-up.

Performance management:

Coordinate the annual performance management campaign. Advise, train, support the managers and the employees and work with them to enhance individual performance/capability using appropriate tools (organizations design, 360°, coaching ...).

Talent management:

Organize and coordinate the Organizational and Talent Review (OTR) with each department by using several tools and methodology (learning agility, 9 boxes ...). Together with the HRD, manage effective organizational transformation and change projects. Review each individual development plan and follow them. Support employees in their career path management and mobility. Consolidate and maintain individual data in our system (SAP Talent Desktop) and proceed with global analysis to enhance our Talent Management strategy and actions plan.

Learning & Development:

Participate to the design and implementation of both individual development and department/entity training plans. Promote L&D culture and actions and deploy Cartier leadership program.

Reward & Performance:

Ensure a smooth and comprehensive salary review and other compensation processes bonus, long-term incentives with appropriate communication and support to employees. Deploy Cartier reward policy and ensure consistency (ranking, salaries, job title ...) among the whole population. Monitor headcount, staff costs and rolling forecasts as per Maison/Group guidelines and department OTR and strategic plans.

Lead specific HR projects and participate to Group and Campus HR initiatives: new ways of working, diversity, culture ...

Supervise all administrative topics (payroll, contracts, certificates, insurance,) which are managed by the HR Transactional Expertise Center and HR Specialist.

JOB PROFILE

Human Resources Master Degree or equivalent

5-10 years of HR experience in a multi-cultural and matrix organization

Strong communication skills, customer focus, solution oriented, results driven and team spirit

Ability to multitask: both manage strategic projects and diverse day-to-day hands-on activities

French & English fluent (oral and written)

SAP, Learning Agility, Talent Acquisition & Management, Development tools (Coaching certification, 360°, ...)
