Position Overview
The creative team is looking for an experienced Digital Designer to work collaboratively with a talented and motivated team to create high quality digital experiences, focused predominantly on Social media outputs that blend rich storytelling content with commerce for the family of Ralph Lauren brands-including Polo, Collection, Purple Label, RRL, Lauren, Chaps, Denim & Supply and Home.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Transform creative ideas into best in class Social campaigns, with a focus on storytelling and interactivity tailored to Social media platforms
* Strong eye, attention to detail, organized, creative problem solver, presenting creative to key stakeholders using design, mockups and animations to communicate inspiring brand experiences
* Partner closely with Editorial, Social Media Marketing, Brand Art Directors, Merchandising, and Project Management counterparts to deliver to brief and meet the business needs
* Develop engaging and innovative media, tailored to how users consume media on Social channels and the relevant opportunities and constraints that these channels provide
* Collaborate with other members of the Digital Creative team in formulating overarching campaign concepts for upcoming launches
* Utilize web technology, image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, photo retouching, and color balancing
* Resourceful and flexible with exceptional teamwork skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Provide status updates to team members and managers and know when all key meetings are scheduled to ensure that presentations are well prepared. Track next steps and follow-ups for projects

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Bachelor's Degree (Graphic Design / Multimedia Design or similar preferred)
* 3+ years of digital experience, ideally with proven experience designing for Social media outputs
* Sketch & Photoshop expert level (superior Adobe Creative Suite knowledge)
* Knowledge of CSS, HTML and video editing are a plus
* Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, emerging tech such as AR, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility #LI-AD1
