We’re looking for a brand marketer within online, fashion and youth marketing, responsible for developing international multichannel strategies and implementing marketing initiatives in line with business strategy.

With a passion for storytelling through media you’ll have excellent transferable strategic, project and people management and have an in-depth knowledge of marketing channels and how these can be used to deliver specific business results. 


Brand and Growth Responsibilities

  • Own the mission, strategy, budget and continuous development of the brand’s positioning
  • Increase brand awareness and brand loyalty social media, content, partnerships and events
  • Implement and support all growth and performance marketing strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention (both B2C and B2C focus)
  • Optimise a substantial brand and performance marketing budget across organic and growth channels ensuring the right media mix, attribution and efficiency
  • Work alongside our digital agency on the implementation of the plan and ensure excellent execution of the search, display and social marketing plans
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify optimisations and efficiencies 


Management duties

  • Responsible for championing and managing the current marketing team of two FTE,  you will be required to scale this team, adding experience as and when the business requires it.
  • Manage a network of agencies and freelancers in line with company needs, creating an efficient organisational structure, providing clarity and motivation to the team
  • Build strong relationships cross functionally with all respective counterparts including product, operations, data, wholesale and provide clear communications across the entire organisation
  • You will play an integral part in Everpress' leadership team, ensuring that the marketing team is working collaboratively across all core business functions and projects
  • Inspire the team in consistently challenging the status quo, being brave and creative whilst establishing process and measuring results


Sustainability (People and Planet)

  • As a member of the leadership team and with the D&I Manager’s help, ensure a true diverse and inclusive work environment within the team
  • Work hand in hand with the relevant team members to implement marketing initiatives in line with B-corp which support our workers and communities


Background and skills required 

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on brand & growth
  • Inspiring team leader with the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a small, fast growing team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organisation
  • Highly meticulous and able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy and spend
  • Understanding of ‘new’ forms of marketing (social media, influencer marketing, user generated content distribution etc.)
  • Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs
  • Comfortable working within a startup environment that moves incredibly quickly 


Nice to have

  • Experience in a 360 degrees marketing role at a rapidly growing consumer-facing brand
  • Deep knowledge of attribution models and media mix marketing
  • Experience within a marketplace environment
  • Experience or exposure to VC/PE backed businesses
