Specialist, Home & Art

The RealReal is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about luxury home decor, and tabletop to assist and optimize operational functions of the home & art category. The Specialist, Home & Art  is a non-management and operations/production role.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Execute all aspects of the authentication process by accurately identifying and researching media, fabrications, hallmarks, stamps and date codes of incoming product with a focus on decor and tabletop brands with a focus on Baccarat and/or Tiffany & Co.
• Price product based on retail value, condition, style and market demand.
• Inspect and review the product for quality and condition issues.
• Write product compelling and accurate product descriptions
• Ensure all product is processed in a timely fashion.
• Consistently reach daily set quotas and goals.

What You Bring To The Role

• In-depth Home knowledge.
• Art and Design related degree preferred
• Someone who works well independently but also has the ability to be a part of a team environment.
• Understands specific pricing trends for Home category.
• Detail oriented.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
