Purpose:The Social Impact Assistant will provide support in all aspects of the brand's social impact portfolio, across all corporate giving and philanthropic programs, and be a key point of contact for engaging the kate spade community, strategic partners, and others to further our mission of empowering women and girls to be the heroines of their own story.
Matching Gift and Merchandise Donation Program
- Social Impact team lead for matching gift process
- Maintain guidelines and provide updates accordingly on the LOOP
- Coordinate with accounts payable on general ledger
- Coordinate with tax for annual deductions
Social Impact Volunteering Program
- Coordinate and support Tapestry 2025 Volunteer Goals and Tapestry Store Volunteer Program
Social Impact Events and Employee Engagement
- Coordinate planning and execution of all Social Impact related internal and external events. Inclusive of Teatime Inspirations, Heroines of Her Own Story and coordinate execution of all Social Impact external events.

- Foundation documentation and filing needs

Communications Support

- Support and coordinate materials related to all cause marketing campaigns, internal and external communications documentation support

- Social Impact Report compilation and coordination support
Social Impact Measurement & Evaluation Support
- Support all Social Impact measurement and evaluation documents, and coordinate all materials in partnership with consultant.

- Collaborate and support on purpose fund manager in the completion of quarterly and yearly impact assessments for all fund partners
- Partner with KSNY commercial partners and quarterly document on purpose business performance

- Support in updating Kate Spade New York Foundation measurement and evaluation framework, tools and reporting templates for grantee partners
