The Digital Specialist role is to develop, implement and coordinate the digital plan according to the International Guidelines.

In addition, the Digital specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the e-commerce business, including the customer care services, to give support to all sales channels in Brazil

Key responsabilities

Key Responsibility 1 - Digital MKT Plan & Customer Care (SAC)

  • Key areas include digital advertising and media management in close coordination with Marketing Director
  • Give the digital brief including KPI´s for the media agency and digital channels and follow up the digital campaign, provide the agency with the right materials on time.
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces, e.g. social media, CRM, marketing activations /media planning functions, and e-commerce
  • Regular reporting to senior management, including competitor media spend analysis, KPI definition and monitoring, as well as comprehensive reviews with local markets
  • Manage Customer Care services (SAC) including phone sales with close cooperation with RTL & WHS managers and coordinate the Customer Care team central and agency.

Key Responsibility 2 - E-commerce platform

  • Constant follow up of the local ecommerce platform: in close contact with HQ to apply guidelines and in close collaboration with the local agency.
  • Be part of the sales budget of the local e commerce platform.
  • Collaborate in cooperation with the retail and supply manager department to have a proper mix of products in the platforms
  • Constant collaboration, update, follow up, improvements, in all the e commerce platforms.
  • To build, to coordinate and to control the local ecommerce platform with wholesale clients (e-retailers)
  • Develop digital plan per e-commerce platform, including marketplace strat & partnerships with other companies to increase business opportunities.
  • Develop existing Omni channel solutions & implement new initiatives to grow the e-business mindset

Your profile
  • Bachelor degree with major in marketing, communication or web design.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-business & planning, developing, and executing
  • digital brand strategies either on agency or client side.
  • Customer care experience is a plus

Fluent in English and Portuguese required. Germany or French a plus.
