For our Brand Relations Department, we are looking for a Senior Influencer and VIP Manager, start date 1 st of October 2020.
How you will leave your mark?
1/ Influencer Strategy & Management
- Strategic and conceptual development of influencer strategy and responsibility for global implementation
- Main Touchpoint for global influencer management of markets
- Responsible for long-term relationship management of HQ influencers
- Identification of digital influencers
- Identification and steerage of local influencers/KOLs in close collaboration with market touchpoints
- Alignment within Marketing about brand ambassadors/KOLs
- Event activation and digital influencer projects such as influencer content creation platforms, influencer events and influencer experiences such (New York Fashion Week Influencer Concepts, Influencer Round Tables , event specific concepts)
- Planning and monitoring of KPIs and success management of global and local influencer campaigns
2/ Social Media Management & Content
- Support for Social Media and third party (journalists) content creation
- Social Media Content Creation specialized on talent related content
- Integration of Influencer Strategy in Social Media Strategy
- Responsible for the growth and acceleration of the channel, measured by KPI's.
3/ VIP Management
- Strategy on VIP placements for events and activations
- Maintaining and fostering of relationships
- Guidelines for local markets which can be easily implemented
- Management of negotiation process
- Contract implementation, able to deal with processes and internal stakeholders
- Define a best in class framework that standardises how Montblanc connects, activates, measures and reports on VIPS
4/ Licences Management
- License Partners Management
- License Partner Asset and Campaign Development, incl. process development
How will you experience success with us?
- Bachelor and/or Master degree, ideally in online Marketing and/or TV production
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in influencer and social media marketing
- Ideally coming from startups, agencies and global fashion companies
- Great communicator
- Agile & organized
- Strong relationship builder : with talent/VIP agencies, and on a global perspective
- Able to think 360°, bringing different perspectives on essential topics
- Tuned into cultural trends and current affairs, able to spot opportunities and create 'moments' to promote the brand
- Expert in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, tracking and online tools for influencer marketing and into the social media industry
- English is a must, additional languages beneficial
- Please note that global extensive travel time is expected for this position
