Job Details
MAIN PURPOSE
- To deliver excellent service and quality, meeting customers' needs
- To provide polishing on watch cases (including jewelleries assigned)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To keep work environment and equipment in good condition to carry our repair work effectively.
- To keep work environment and equipment in good condition, to carry out repair work effectively
- Not to keep any used spare parts in work station
- To deliver excellent cleaning service
Technical Assessment and Quality Control
- To follow defined interventions and repair flows
- For all repair types: Customer repairs, Boutique Stock, Warehouse Stock, Distributor stock and distributor customer repair
- To execute quality control checks after repair completion in ensuring level of expectation towards the brand within Richemont group
- As a polisher, to be responsible in set up, operate or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish
Requirement:
- To follow defined interventions and repair flows
- To do quality control checks after polishing and cleaning before returning cases
Skills or Experience
- Minimum 2 years as a jewellery/watches polisher
- Experience in working with luxury watches/jewellery
- Proficiency with polishing equipment including commercial ultrasonic cleaner, rhodium plating equipment
- Proficiency with engraving
- Tertiary or trade qualification would be highly regarded but not essential
- English proficiency essential
Salary range $70,000 - $80,000
