HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will truly make an impact on our clients and business by providing training support to our ambassadors to pro-actively excel client expectations and provide an outstanding expereince that is delivered with passion and care.
  • You will build relationships and collaborate across the organisation to coordinate the right learning opportunities and materials through online courses, quizzes and assessments and manage the knowledgebase
  • By delivering an on boarding experience for new hires, you will ensure they are competent and confident in using systems and understanding procedures
  • You will keep up to date with developments in procedures and systems and create and update resources accordingly
  • You will analyse the outcomes of training and how effectively people are using the tools

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:

Work experience as a IT systems Trainer or similar role, Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus, Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) and online learning tools, Familiarity with SAP/Salesforce, Excellent communication and presentation skills (English native speaker, French or German a plus), BSc degree, Additional certification in training is a plus
