Role:
Right now, we are looking for a Brand and Cultural Impact Manager to join our global Brand Marketing team based in London. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for leading global Brand projects and culture activations, and collaborating with our local markets to deliver best-in-class brand communications. In this role, you will help Depop focus on building long term brand value and cultural impact around our pillars of sustainability, community and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities:

Oversees global Brand campaigns ensuring they align with the brand strategy and deliver against KPIs
Delivers brand activations beyond single-moment campaigns (e.g. content activations, cultural collaborations, brand partnerships)
Owns the impact of Brand projects from creative brief and strategy to campaign delivery, working closely with the creative studio to make and measure best in class work
Contributes to the Global marketing calendar, identifying opportunities for Brand growth and innovation
Curates 360 insight around audience needs and youth culture from across teams and outside Depop and shares across teams internally
Keeps us tapped into youth culture trends and communities to inform Marketing briefs, reactive opportunities and platform strategy
Strategic representative of the Brand within market activations and campaigns

Experience making creative work with youth audiences and in youth culture to grow and innovate a brand
Access to and interest in youth culture and how it relates to the growth of Brand equity in line with our strategy
Nuanced and holistic understanding of the attitudes and behaviours of Gen Z cultural, consumption and media behaviours - across multiple markets
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders on campaigns and always on activity, to deliver fully integrated and innovative projects
Deep understanding of Brand Marketing and how it drives business impact as stand alone activity and as part of integrated marketing
Experience delivering Marketing innovation across a range of channels, formats and communities
Understands how to build brands for the future, beyond traditional channels
Experience working with diverse audiences, communities and collaborators in multiple territories and/or globally
