Production Co ordinator

As our business has grown rapidly in both scale and complexity, we are now looking for a versatile and organised Production Coordinator to support the production team.

 

Production (85% of day)

  • Quality checking, approving and submitting artwork
  • Answer production enquiries from the wider team i.e dispatch updates, artwork queries, checking stock levels
  • Answering external production enquiries in the team
  • Helping Production team send campaigns to print, source print ready artwork and resolve garment issues
  • Place orders of sample & bulk garments, monitor deliveries, finding solutions to any issues that arise
  • Control stock and place orders for our blank range
  • Manage failed deliveries - logging & recording all returned orders and contacting buyers to arrange redelivery
  • Creating monthly reports on failed deliveries
  • Booking couriers
  • Update weekly despatch sheets   

Ad hoc

  • Assisting with Customer Support enquiries through Zendesk particularly over peak periods
  • To work with Customer Support and Product teams to ensure Production is managed as efficiently as possible - helping to develop new ideas and implement processes effectively

     

Studio Management (15% of day)

  • Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running and upkeep of the studio
  • Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages accurately
  • First port of call for all visitors
  • Ordering office supplies, stationary and general office equipment
  • Ensuring all new starters have a computer/laptop and IT all set up ahead of first day
  • Arranging weekly office tidy inc. removing boxes for recycling, tidying away spare t-shirts and keeping packing area clear.

     

Sustainability 

  • Work with the sustainability team to implement sustainable actions within the production team
  • Take a participative role in the company’s sustainability initiative and ensure, where possible, your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish

     

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year’s office experience
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and ability to time manage across multiple tasks
  • Highly organised with a calm approach to a busy workload
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Detail and quality oriented
  • Proficient with excel and reporting a plus
